Lend a helping hand by being a telephone line volunteer. Not experienced with providing the assistance? No problem! We will provide the training required to actively listen to people and know how to direct them to find the answers they need. If you can answer the phone, talk to people, and type on a computer, you have the skills to be a help line volunteer.
If providing phone assistance is not your preference, but you still want to volunteer, contact our Volunteer Coordinator (423.530.6339) for other ways to help Contact 211 provide services to the community.
